Programs / Exam

Dispersed teams start and finish together, without an exam room

The exam opens for everyone at the same minute and closes for everyone at the same minute, whether they're in the field, the store or on the road. Each person gets a random set of questions and never sees which answers were right, so the answers don't travel, while you get a clear pass or fail and highly detailed analytics for spotting knowledge gaps.

How it works

An exam that holds up without an exam room

Set it up once. The exam opens and closes on its own, everyone takes it at the same time wherever they are, and when it's over you see who passed and exactly where knowledge broke down.

  1. Step 1:Set the rules

Name it, pick the participants, the open window, the time limit, the question pool and the pass threshold, all in one sentence.

  2. Step 2:Same start, same finish

The exam opens for everyone at the same minute, wherever they are, and closes for everyone at the same minute. Time doesn't wait for a late start: whatever someone has answered when it closes, or when the time limit runs out, is what counts.

  3. Step 3:Every exam is different

Everyone is in the exam at the same time, but no two exams match. Each person gets their own random draw from your question pool, and you can shuffle the answer options too, so colleagues can't compare notes while it's running.

  4. Step 4:A clear result, no answer key

The moment they finish, people see their score and whether they passed your threshold. They never see which answers were right or wrong, during the exam or after it, so your questions stay usable.

  5. Step 5:Deliver anywhere

The exam reaches people where they already are, one tap from the message: WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SMS, email, our mobile app or your own platform via API.

  6. Step 6:Analyse, then close the gaps

See who took it, who passed and where knowledge broke down, with accuracy and precision by topic. Then send the people who failed straight into a reinforcement program.
