How is the Fogg Behavior Model used in product optimization?
If a user isn't performing a desired action, the model asks: Is their motivation too low? Is the task too hard (low ability)? Or is there no prompt? For SaaS onboarding, reducing "friction" is usually about increasing the user's Ability by making the task simpler.
