How do you set RPO/RTO for a Knowledge Base?
A KB might have an RTO of 4 hours (it's okay if it's down for 4 hours) and an RPO of 1 hour (losing the last hour of edits is okay). A core payment system, however, might have an RTO of 1 minute.
